Chan's Chinese Restaurant, Mesquite

Very delicious food. Eating at Chans will be one of the best choices you make.

Just left Chans, so here's the true review. Very nice and clean place and piping hot food. I like the fact that you can see them fixing your food, however we didn't see any one washing their hands. One of the guys fixing the food was in and out of the kitchen, and outside, that bothered me. They have a very nice drink and condiment bar. Overall the food was fresh,but egg rolls were tough and stale. Very comfortable seating area and good cold AC.

Food is good. However do not have them deliver they forget items and then will not bring them back and will not do anything about it. They told me that I could come and get my Tea. I was at work and if I could have gotten away I would have went somewhere to eat instead of getting delivery.

I have ordered from this location several times and never been dissappointed before... Pepper Beef and Crispy Shrimp (my favorite). I love Shrimp Fried Rice from Rice Boxx and decided to try Chan's version, but it turned out to be a mistake. I noticed what seemed to be a slight oily coating on the shrimp and a definate unpleasant odor to them. I called Chan's and spoke to the manager; it turns out that Chan's deep fries their shrimp before adding it to the rice. This definately changes the flavor and not in a good way. I will order from them again, but it will not be Shrimp Fried Rice.

I eat here about once every week to two weeks. I always order in the restaurant. The food is always correct and very good. The managers are brisk but polite and will bring you whatever you ask (add-on drinks, soy sauce etc). The employees are busy. I like it. I think it is better than many other local asian restaurants. The only thing I would hope they change is to hire more European Americans. There are only a couple that work there.

I eat at Chan's quite often. Every time the food is what was ordered, prepared to my liking and I almost always take some home with me. Chan's can't be beat. I've eaten at other Chan's locations, also. They are all great. Keep up the great food!

This place sucks. I live less than 4 miles from their location and it took over an hour to get three cups of rice they forgot. The send the wrong stuff, leave stuff out, adn dont really care. When I spoke to the manager and told him what he needed to do to make it right, he wanted to negociate with me. I asked to ahve the owner call me and he said that the owner would not. It sounded more like he never intended to tell the owner about anything.

Chan's used to be great i'm not sure what happened in the last 2 years i was gone from mesquite, but i have ordered a couple of times and all of the food was HORRIBLE. and i mean really bad maybe some of the worst i have ever had!!!

Chan's is better than most chinese restraunt. I love there food no matter what I order. Check it out.

The SESAME CHICKEN is by far the best I have had. They give you so much, the portions are huge. Great Food, Great Value, Great Service. I have been ordering delivery from them for about 8 years, and they have always been outstanding. Enjoy!
