I treated my family to a steak dinner last night. My wife wanted to go back to Outback for the chopped steak. We were seated and our waitress Jeannette came over to take our drink/appetizer order. She was pleasant, informative, and just down right GOOD. She was the best waitress we have had in about 2 years. She must have had experience with Black folk and how they want their steaks cooked. She explained to us, in detail the different tempertures of how steaks are cooked. I asked a question about the steamed veggies. The medley consisited of carrots, snow peas, squash and broccolli. I did not like the broc and squash, so she had them seperate them for me. That made my night. I made sure she got a very good tip and we talked to the manager to tell him about the EXCELLENT service Jeannette gave us.
