I have tried to call the manager twice. Both times I am put on hold by Josh for ten minutes or more and he does not ever get him for me. It is very frustrating and rude. If I was the manager I would be seriously looking for a new employee that understands customer service!!
This has to be the worse managed restaurant in DFW

I am usually an easy going person and have a lot of patience, but when it comes to my visit to this restaurant...
How on earth does a server take an order and somehow through the process, one person does not get a plate and therefor have to wait another 30 minutes on top of the first 45 minutes before receiving the meal?
Meanwhile, we received no refills unless we asked for it. And the desserts we got were dry. The coffee was beyond diluted; I swear I was drinking some hot water...
Its a dull ambience, boring, no music and grouchy waitresses.
Good place for a Sunday lunch. Good onion soup, and THE BEST ESCARGO!! Dip bread in the garlic sauce, and YUM.....Services was good. The decor was a bit outdated, but good ambience and experience overall.
We went there with our friends. We waited for 30 mins to get the table, which was okay since we had 6 adults and 3 babies, although the restaurant was not very busy at all.
After we placed the order, we waited for an hour and half but never got anything. Meanwhile we checked with our waiter several times, he kept telling us the food would come soon. He did not refill us coffee and did not give us any bread until we asked him several times since all of us were starving after waiting for so long.
Finally the waiter came back and said somehow the ticket for our orders was lost somewhere. Again he promised the food would come and so did other waiters/waitress. The food never came after another half an hour. I requested to talk to the manager but when the manager got out from the kitchen, he intentionally avoided our table and stepped outside the restaurant through the side door.
There was another table behind ours and they never got their food served as well. I complained to different servers but they did not give any explaination. At least the manager should come and talk to us. Instead he left the restaurant and ignored our table completely, which was outrageous!!!
None of us has ever been treated so poorly from any restaurants like Cafe de France in Plano. After spending almost 2 hours there, we did not get any food. We will never never go back again.
This is a great plae to eat. The cook really will do anything you ask. The menu selection is great as well. By far the best thing about this restaurant is the service. Management seems to love the guests. When we went in, it seemed like everyone was friends with the management. Real high class.
