The chef's choice meals and the cosseting service mark the beginning of your culinary voyage at Ino's. The high-ceilinged room is decorated in black, white and gray, with the sushi bar dividing the room. Japanese prints and art dot the walls. The service and casually elegant setting attract clientele from throughout Dallas. House specialties Sashimi and Sushi are truly from an artist's hand. The special Omakase dinner featuring Kobachi (a sweet dollop of persimmon and tofu sashimi, seafood soup and rare matsukate mushrooms in a delicate broth) is majestic. A full bar is available to complement your meal.

Ino Japanese Bistro is the authentic Japanese restaurant in Dallas area. They serve Japanese home dishes, sushi and sashimi. Some menu changes depending on seasons. Over 90% of customers are Japanese people. If you are looking for an Americanized Japanese taste, I do not recommend this restaurant.I went to many Japanese restaurants in Dallas and other states, and I think Ino Bistro is the #1 so far. Don't forget to ask the today's special and recommendation. I personally like Tamako salad, grilled beef tongue(gyutan),Deep fried yellowtail(Hirame karage),deep fried squid's legs,Tonkatsu dinner,(combination),Oden(only winter),Greentea icecream over red beans....etc.

its lo-mein you fool. "made by real japanese?" if you wanted to sound NOT ignorant and racist you could have said "the food is authentic" but how would you know its authentic, have you been to japan? also, lo-mein is an american-chinese restaurant staple that EVERYONE knows about and has been so far diverged from its roots that it hardly deserves the praise of "made by real japanese." That aside, this restaurant is good.
