Zino's, Ponca City

the building was refurbished for other restaurants that went out of business. so it looks okay because someone else spent the money. i have been there numerous times, but i won't ever go back. lets just say anything else for me is/has/was better. what do you expect for italian in ponca city. i won't let those people touch my food and you can't blame the hired help. save your italian fantasies for the big city.

This is the 2nd time I have eaten at Zino's and the last. A friend of mine ordered the Pasta w/chicken (which was a $2 upcharge) and only recieved less than two tiny strips. A certain waitress who works there is the most rude waitress I've ever seen in my entire life. We were met by her rudeness at the front. She acted like she didn't even want to seat us. I didn't even get my food until everyone else in our party was done. Don't even waist your time and money. I'd rather have gone to McDonalds.

Love their stuffed mushrooms, one of the best places in Ponca to eat.

Cockroaches on the wall. The food was good, although my boyfriend's caesar salad had the wrong dressing, his chicken and pasta was under cooked, and service was great until halfway through my meal I saw cockroaches running around on the walls and made me not want to eat any more food. The floors were pretty dirty as well. I told the manager about the cockroaches and they killed them with a napkin and didn't compensate any of our money back. I would not recommend going to this place to anyone. I will not be going back!

Our party of 4 were quite impressed with the quality of the food. It was served in a timely manner, warm and very tasty. It is on our list to frequent on a regular basis.

My first time at Zino's was wonderful. The staff was so courtous to my friend and me. We hadn't seen each other in 40 years and the staff would check on us as we giggled through our meal, dessert and coffee. The stuffed mushrooms are indeed great and the tuamisu was a fantastic finish. And the main meal, of course, very delightful. Thank you Zino's it was worth the 2 hour+ drive to get there. Ponca City you must be very proud.

Zino's provided an old friend and myself with uninterupted time to visit and enjoy the marvelous food. Stuffed mushrooms started us off and they were just great. We enjoyed pasta and even Tiramisu as a very special finish to the excellent meal. The kind and courteous staff were ever present but allowed us ample quiet time to catch up. Ponca City is fortunate to have such a special place.

I have never been disappointed. Good pizza and steaks for the money. Nice little place to eat.

So many restaurants no longer actually cook their food. The may microwave some and fry the fries and grill the steaks, but a lot of them are warmers of preprepared dishes. Zino's knows how to cook! They offer a very nice selection of Italian dishes. Their lasagne, Shrimp Scampi, and Veal Marsala are some of my favorites. There are also Italian and non-italian specials daily, including good seafood (something rare around here). I have always had very good service there. The offer a bar with a nice selection of wines. They have entertainment on the weekends as well. The restaurant itself is very pleasant, clean and comfortable. A good place to relax after work.
