PF Chang's China Bistro
Two large white stallions welcome you as you enter one of the country's national upscale restaurant, P.F. Chang's China Bistro. Located in the Utica Square , the restaurant caters to families that love Chinese. Although the place serves traditional Chinese fare, one may find the menu with a list of modern Chinese delicacies. The decor is tastefully done with mute lightings and shades on the darker side which add a touch of sophistication to this rather casual bistro. The restaurant also has a large bar where one can taste a number of wines and martinis.
Chinese food for people who don't like Chinese food! Still, not quite as bad as that sounds, but this chain can't touch many local establishments, especially if you're seeking Oriental grub (as opposed to American food with a slight dash of Asian spice).
P.F. Changs is a good Chinese restaurant. I haven't found better in Tulsa. The atmosphere is nice with the nicely done decor. Service couldn't be better. Dinner plates have plenty on them. You don't leave hungry.
PF Chang's is about as far from true Chinese food as you can get and still get away with calling it Chinese. It reminds me more of a cross between Thai & Chinese. Don't get me wrong, the food's good, but again, if you're looking for real Chinese, this isn't the place to find it. The service is absolutely outstanding and I like that I can bring my 5 year old son here. I wouldn't recommend it for a first date, it's noisy and hard to hold a conversation. But like I said, the service is outstanding and if you like your food on the sweet side, you'll love PF Chang's.
