If you are downtown, you have to go to Billy's! No other choice. I enjoy it everytime I go.

Great for downtown lunch!

There are plenty of deli's and other generic sandwich style places in the up and coming downtown Tulsa, but Billy's has by far the best selection of food, the best prices, and in the best position to control downtown Tulsa's feeding frenzy! There aren't a lot of places to go for lunch downtown, but it's one of the best for certain.

Eat-in or Carry-out, you get the finest food and service. Dining here at least once every week for more than 5 years, never had any bad experience.
