Spaghetti Warehouse, Tulsa

Very good place to eat I had a great time with family and I have to say that service was outstanding.

I just heard negative things about spaghetti warehouse, personally I have no knowledge of the food and service. I do know that they allways have a parking lot full of cars. God willing I'll be working there soon, and I will put my heart into my work, weather it be the dishes or preparing food- I'll do my best, maybe not to many more complaints.

Betty and I went to the Spaghetti Warehouse on 221 E Brady Street last night and the lady that showed us our table was oblivious to the fact that the table was dirty. I was wiping it off with my hand to get the ‘junk’ off and I was waiting for her to say, I’ll get you a wash rag and it didn’t happen. I elected to go sit at another table and it was worse than the one she assigned to us. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the bathroom was a wreck as well. Betty and I both spoke to the manager and she said that she’d take care of it. I do hope they get it back in to shape. I do like eating there but not if it is dirty as it was last night.

We have been 3 times in the last year so my review is based on a compilation of those visits. The first time there were 5 of us including 1 yr old. It was Father's day and they were busy but the meals were all good and the service good for the conditions. The second and 3rd visit there were just 2 of us. The second visit we had a coupon and presented it upon ordering. The waitress acted as if she had never seen one before and had to go check and then returned to take our order. She never came back to check if we needed anything and when we did flag her down for a drink refill, she forgot it. We had to even hunt her down for our ticket. The last time we went the waiter was fast, congenial and our meals were great Lasagna and new chicken pasta dish. So, considering the 3 experiences, I have to say the ratings are based on their waiters and waitresses as we have never been unhappy with the food.

Just returned home to NYC from a business trip in Tulsa. Went to the Spaghetti Warehouse and found it an interesting place to visit, but the pasta blew big time. The owner/owners of these chain restaurants might want to visit us yankees at learn a thing or two about italian cooking, like making sauce. A few minor improvements in the food preparation would help a great deal. Other than that, Tulsa is a very nice city. Only the food sucks

My family and I (which included a 20 month old child) went to Spaghetti Warehouse for Valentines. This was the worst mistake ever! First, it appeared the hostess sat us at a table no one wanted to wait on. We sat for SEVERAL minutes while other people were being sat all around us, being waited on, had drinks and food, and here we sat, not even being acknowledged. FINALLY the hostess came over and said your waitress is tied up and took our drink order. My husband and I wanted a bottle of wine. She then looked at me and asked what I would like. I guess she thought the wine was just for him. Anyway, as it turned out she could not serve alcohol. She had to get another waiter to being it to us. It was John. Every time we come here, we ask to sit in his section because he is a wonderful waiter. Unfortunately this particular night, his section was full. We pleaded with him to take our order. By now, the baby was really getting crabby and hungry. It’s a shame that the waitress all around us looked at us, but never stopped to ask if we needed anything. I’m so disappointed with Spaghetti Warehouse for the poor treatment and service we received. Thank God for John and hopefully he remembered our faces since we go here almost every week to eat salad, bread and drink some wine. Our total bill was $77, and we treated him good. But again, I’m very disappointed with the rest of the staff, the service and the snub treatment from the other waitress. Shame on you Spaghetti Warehouse for having a staff like this and on Valentines Day no doubt.
