Cheever's Cafe, Oklahoma City

Cheever s Cafe is always nice to eat and the food they served very fresh. Also the crew is very friendly and always smiling to the customers.

what can i say about Cheevers? it is wonderful. Better than great. fantastic, all those things. i just wish it was closer to my house so i could eat there everyday.

My husband proposed to me here on Valentine's Day 2007. Since then we have been there several times for dinner and now I frequent Cheevers for special occasions with my co-workers. The service at lunch is slow but for dinner it is perfect. I have loved all of the food from the appetizers, main courses, to dessert. The dinner staff has always been so friendly and we recieve great service. Lunch is a hit or miss for service. I give it a 5 for food and a 3 for service.

This is a great place to eat. We had a wonderful lunch mostly from the starter menu. While the outside seems a bit rough, the inside is gorgous with good service. Come see your state legislator eating lunch. I know I'll be back soon.

I would go as far to say this is the best restaurant in OKC.

Everything, and I mean everything, is wonderful at Cheevers. I love their Jack Chicken Struedel, their salads, their chicken fried steak, and their regular steaks. Always fresh, always perfect. One of my favorites.

My husband and I love going here. They have great wine, wonderful food, and chocolate cake to die for (you can't go there and not have it). It is a little on the pricy side for that area but well worth it. And if you go in the summer....sit outside.

I work close to this restaurant. It is a little on the pricey side (expect to spend about $10 for lunch), but the food is very fresh and tasty. The service is somewhat hit or miss though. The menu is adventurous, but not outlandish. Parking can be tricky, but they do have a lot across Hudson. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, so be alert, but it isn't bad during the day. This place definitely breaks the monotony of your usual lunchtime routine.

Cheever's is a great upscale restaurant with a very relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The wine selection is good, the menu is adventurous, and the chocolate cake is the best you will find. One piece will serve 2-4 persons. The prices make it a special occasion restaurant, though they are not totally outrageous. For something that is authentic to Oklahoma City, I recommend Cheever's for both its character and its food. Be sure to call for reservations on the weekends.
