Loudest restaurant ever. It's not just the train, the people outside are literally yelling after their third drink kicks in. Be careful of all the drunks leaving the weird parking lot, when they all try to turn left onto Boyd and cant see the oncoming traffic. The potato skins are great.
You have to consider that this is a college hangout, so the ownership has to take a hard line, otherwise things will get out of control. I like the atmosphere outside, but inside it is cramped and hard to walk around. It's also quite confusing. Outside you have to halt a conversation when the train goes by, it's very loud. I've never had my car towed, but I will admit the signs should be more clear. I am not sure if this is a City of Norman issue (as the lot next to the Mont is owned by the City) or if it's the Mont's issue. Try the Swirl if you go there.
Hang out under the misters and enjoy a swirl. Food is good, mostly appitizers and The Mont is mainly for drinks. Not large enough for the trafic, parking is very difficult, and wait times are usually 45 minutes to over an hour if not there before 2-3 in the afternoon. Only three stars because parking and waiting is enough to keep driving.
Great place to hang out on the patio for margarita swirls and delicious chips and queso. I actually do eat their food from time to time and the chicken enchiladas and french onion soup are both yummy. We call it in and although the waitresses can be very rude, we presume it is because they are slammed with orders/rowdy college kids, and not on purpose.
small local hangout, lots of OU college kids but good inexpeniseve food, and lots of atmosphere. It's always packed and loud so plan on not much conversation and the patio area is great. I like to tease hubby that he doesn't go there for the food, its to look at the college girls.
This is one of the easiest courses you will find in the area. The fairways are flat with very few
trees to block your shot, and the course itself is pretty short. This is a great place for beginners ...
