As a former employee of Braum's in Purcell, I have seen both the good and bad sides of the resturant. However, the management team always strives for customer satisfaction while upholding company policy to the T, compared to the Paul's Valley and Norman stores.

The management urges the staff to use the greatest of courtesy, and their food is cooked without flaw.

They have a great selection of retail items - including, now, a produce and meat area.

Purcell Braum's gets a 9 out of 10.
