Empty Buffet,Poor Service=Automatic Gratuity??
I was not asked if I wanted to pay a gratuity that was automatically put on my bill. The big deal senior discount (.80) was a joke. The buffet was not well supplied. The salad bar was empty, at least 3 meat serving dishes were empty. Since this was a buffet only night, there should have been more attention being paid to the buffet, not empty and the food that was there was cold. I want to decide my own gratuity based on the service I receive.
