Sparky's Roadhouse Cafe, Eureka Springs

The food isn t bad but it s also not cheap! For the price the foods not that great and the service is lousy! I m a server myself so I m generally more understanding when servers are new or actually busy but our server only can out 2 or 3 times. Someone other than our server got our drink orders and I believe brought them out, our server only came out to take our order and bring it back out. She didn t come back to see if we liked it or not, if we needed anything OR to bring us our check!! I had to go inside to pay and happened to leave my cell on the counter, my fiance went back 10 minutes later to pick it up and when our server saw him she was like Oh, I forgot ya ll were out there! , she didn t even realize that we had left, and we had been gone!!!

Had dinner at Sparky's last night. Excellent food, cooked to perfection. Had a hamburger on this trip that was moist and juicy with excellent fries. The beer selection was great and really complimented the meal. I return to Sparky's for at least one meal each time I visit Eureka Springs.

We ate here when we were visiting Eureka Springs. Very lively (some would say loud). We played shuffleboard while waiting to be seated, that was kind of fun. Menu has way too many choices, and almost too much variety. Hard to make a selection. We ended up with burgers, which were decent, and the service was alright as well. Casual atmosphere.

Really good food. Great waitress, she really helped with the menu and info about the town. Loved the old stuff on the walls I will return next time I'm in Eureka.

This is the best place in eureka springs to eat.

Sparky's is a great place to have a bite and relax after a long afternoon of shopping. We arrived there at 1:00 or so, and we had to park in the back. Lucky for us, they have an entrance back in the back too!!! We were seated very quickly by a very sweet girl who took us onto the deck as we requested. There are fans blowing and mosquito netting up to keep away the flies and such. We started off with the Vidalia Onion rings which were incredibly YUMMY!!! My boyfriend ordered a beer ( they have like 14 billion kinds.....I think they have 15 on tap and like a total of 99 beers available) and I had a Diet Coke. We both ordered from their burger side. They have several to choose from! I ordered the Bistor Burger which came with a HUGE half pound patty, Brie, and sauteed mushrooms. He ordered the Wally's Grilled Onion and Mushroom burger which was also HUMONGOUS!!! If you want lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles....just ask!! Each of our burgers was accompanied by homestyle french fries and a HUGE stack of them to boot! They were very good!! The portions were so big that I had to get a to-go box for mine. Boyfriend plowed right on through his, but he was starving!!! I would definitely tell my friends to go by there. They have some really cute t-shirts available for sale! Go on by and check 'em out!

From the road this place looks like a biker dive. Not a problem if you are looking for that sort of thing. We sat on a large enclosed deck. This unpretentious spot has a sassy menu. The salsa was tasty and fresh and not the thick and chunky bottle stuff that so many places seem proud to offer. Whether you want beer and braut or enchiladas this place is worth checking out!!! I was amazed to see a variety of Mediterranean offerings also.

I've eaten at Sparky's about 6 or 7 times and it's always good whether I'm having a hamburger or nachos. Good cold beer and great margaritas.

I had been craving a cheeseburger all day during a recent visit to Eureka so my husband suggested Sparky's. Wow, were we surprised at how good the food was and how friendly and efficient our service was! I will tell everyone I know to be sure to eat there if they visit Eureka! We also enjoyed the music and hustle bustle of the place it was jumping with positive energy!

My husband and I always make a stop at Sparkys every time we visit Eureka. The last time that we visited,we were very disappointed in two other restarants that we attended. We can always count on Sparkys to please.
