Bubba's Barbecue, Eureka Springs

I'm shocked by the other review, this is our favorite restaurant in Eureka Springs and it is obviously loved by both tourists and locals as I have never gone when there hasn't been packed with people waiting out the door for seating. I've never had anything that was bad and never had service that wasn't outstanding. Our favorite is the Pork Shoulder sandwich served with cole slaw on it (which is optional, but how can you turn that down??). Their burgers are super, nachos are great and dry ribs are the best!

This place is the best you will find in 4 states. If you haven't tried this yet, you have had slow cooked pulled pork. This is REAL southern bbq.

Their food was awful when we went. We had heard such great reviews about it to find that the meat was so dried up it was indistinguisable. We also had poor service....we won't be returning.
