Local Flavor, Eureka Springs

THE WORST place in town the waitress was RUDE and did care she had the aptitude that if you didn't like the food you should just leave. STAY away from here you will get better treatment in a jail. There a lot of places that will not take you plate from you to get you leave so they can go talk to their boy friend. Oh when I gave her a penny to let her know how BAD the service was she chased me down to give it back to me and told me you should treat people better. After talking to the manager he said sorry you know how kids are these days

We visited Eureka in the off season, but the service was awesome and the food was great. They had an extensive menu and would be able to meet any taste. The ambiance was nice as well. It was a classic setting with an intimate atmosphere. It would be a great place for a romantic dinner or a quiet meal with a close friend.

Ok first off, I was so upset that I couldn't get the baked brie I heard so much about... It's unheard of before 11 and trust me don't ask for it before then becuase they will just roll their eyes and give you a huge story about their ovens not being turned on before a certain time... Anyways, to the good part... I had a quiche that was KILLER... I have been singing it's praises all weekend... It had spinach, mushrooms and artichokes... MMMMM... And it came with a toasted english muffin, cream-cheese, fruit and some really well seasoned potatoes... Ohh and keep in mind that most of the restraunts close at 2 and reopen at 5... We got there at 1:45 and they wouldn't seat us (Went back for the baked brie)

On two separate visits I have tried to eat at Local Flavor and both times I couldn't get past the rude reception. The first time we tried to tell the person trying to seat us we wanted a table outside. She held up her hand as if to shut us up and immediately asked the people behind us how many in their party before she whisked away to look for tables. Another employee even commented hwo rude it was. We just walked out. The second visit was between lunch and dinner because the door was locked. There were people inside and no sign in the window but the same rude woman from the previous visit was yelling something to me from a hostess stand behind the closed door. I can't imagine that the food THAT good at this place. I won't return.

This is our favorite little place to enjoy brunch in Eureka Springs. Inside dining is pleasant, but sitting on the second floor deck overlooking the main street of town is a real treat. All items on the diverse menu are interesting, well-prepared, and reasonably priced. I particularly enjoy the black bean burrito. The wait staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. A lovely place.

Try the filet with the red wine sauce or no wait a minute try the "Britty" burger with feta cheese. Oh no, actually try the baked brie with the honey glaze, fresh fruit and bread. Actually, try whatever you want, we have and haven't been disapointed yet.

What a great view!! We sat on the balcony and seen everything. The service was fabulous. We ordered a artichoke sauce chicken plate & it was fabulous!! Great vingrette on salad. Dessert was cheesecake with blueberries. The whole experience great!!!

This local cafe, is just that a local spot. We did not wait long to be seated on the patio which overlooks the main street. The greeter was very nice, and our server very busy, and okay on attentiveness. But the food, well for Sunday Brunch it was the best and made up for the no frills ambiance. Everything on the menu is extreamly reasonable for those on a budget, and the eggs benedict just fabulous! I will go there again and definately recommend it.

The atmosphere is great as well as the wait staff. The food is way above average and it's the only place where you can eat late in downtown Eureka Springs. I am a local transplanted from Houston and I always tell people that this is one of my very favorite places in town.
