Star of India Restaurant & Bar
Star of India gives new meaning to the word hospitality, warmly welcoming each guest to this intimate restaurant by name. The accompanying feast combines fresh ingredients, authentic recipes and gorgeous presentation. The onion Kulcha bread is scrumptious, but when combined with the Saag Paneer , tender chunks of homemade cheese in lightly-seasoned creamed spinach, it is sheer heaven. If you like spicy, try the lamb vindaloo. Or, just sample a bit of everything on the daily lunch buffet. Portions are large, so expect leftovers, and then save room for dessert. Finish with a glass of Indian marsala tea.

I went on Aug 19th to the lunch buffett. It was only 6.99 for all you can eat. The food was delicious. I loved every bite. The service was wonderful. I didn't get 1/3 of my water down the hatch before they were over filling it. They were charming and vey helpful with my 2 year old autistic child who was in a mood after having been poked 3 times for a blood test. They didn't charge me for her food and placed a large piece of paper under her chair. I loved everything about this place. I will admit I have tasted better indian food, but in all honestly isn't taste and opinion. I would rate this place 90/100. I enjoyed every dish. They were not gready with the food at all. I never felt like I was being WATCHED. I applaud the service, cost, and taste... Three thumbs up.. Not to mention they have a very expensive water filtration system. The best water I have ever tasted...

peanut sauce. You cannot go wrong with any dish prepared by chef and owner Jerry Barakat, and the portions ...
Cajun cooking does not get any better than in this "deliberately dingy" restaurant with splintering walls and a melange of
odd items along the walls. Famous for their oysters, the rest of the spicy food is noteworthy too. Enjoy ...
This family owned restaurant serves all your favorite dishes, as well as great lunch specials for less than $5. The
restaurant also has a full bar, with happy hour from 4p 7p each night. The Chimichanga is golden brown ...
