This is a horrible place. The service stinks. Just a bunch of immature kids running around with no manager direction. Its an embarrassment to the brand. I had to go across the street to burger king and order something because the food tasted so bad. If the owner is looking at this email me. I will meet u in person and show you the disgrace you have on your hands.

evening of 11/2/06 was the worst disaster a restarant could have 35 min for an order that was cold and incomplete. the manager aked more lost than the crew

The service at this location is terrible. I stop in there almost everyday. The morning crew is ok; however the evening crew,(between 5pm and 6pm) is terrible. I have walked inside, two other customers there before me and waited 20 minutes to place my order and get my food. this has happen three times. When speaking to the manager her comment was that the one girl was in training and I would just have to wait. That is understandable if there were other customers there but I was the only one there that time. Sorry fast food doesn't mean you must wait twenty minutes later.
