Well I work at This Mickey D's ,if customers would be more nice toward the employees then serivce Would be better you Have no ideal what rudeness and hateful thing customers says and does . and the mintue you loose it snap back at them they wanna call the 1800 number and act so incent like they havent done anything and the slogan customers all ways right . thats a bunch of bull. dont get me wrong not all customers a rude and raceist toward . I think nicers customers equals faster services, and i have worked here for quite a while and i should no. also i agree with you they are never suppose to give food out to a customer when it has been out the window and your are right service is good depending on the managers and crew working at the time. we are working to make Is restarunt better. we have better management and better crew
Recently our local Mickey D's remolded. So I was thinking with all this new look MAYBE just maybe the service would get better! But as always it is according to who is working and what manger is there. SEEMS to me when me and four of my family and friends tried to get dinner there the other day, going back three times for the correct order, WAS a bit over the top. Are you really supposed to give a food item back over the counter when it has gone threw the window? ALSO the cheese thrown on UN melted, After they forgot it all together the first time, when we requested them to melt it instead of making a new sandwich they popped it in the microwave with lettuce and all. YOU would think when a group of people spend as much money as my friends and I do at this place they could at least try to get our food correct! The night crew is much better and at least later the same day when we went back that night we got an even bigger order correct the first time no complaints.
