On 03/02/13 our family of 4 plus a 3 month old infant went to eat at Logans. Our estimated wait was 25 min. which turned into 1 hr and 15 min. After other diners came in after us and were seated we questioned why. The door greeter said her job was to take names & that was all. The employee who was in charge of seating took the sign-in sheets from the greeter and we never saw her again. When shown to our table, we had to wait AGAIN for a high chair to be brought to us for the 3 mo old s infant seat. Then had to wait AGAIN for some of the food order to be brought. One steak was not well-done as requested but was afraid to have it sent back---who knew how long that would take. On the plus side, our waitress Chrystal was great. Hadn t been to Logan s in a while and now I remember why.
My wife ordered out and that was 2 hrs ago,are you kidding me,theonly way to get service is to dine in,We have tried these guys before and the service sucked then,I guess you have to be a highschooler to get service and enjoy the place.LOGANS ROAD HOUSE SUCKS BAD.I'LL NEVER GRACE THE DOORS OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.
When you go to Logan's ask for MINDY. She by far is the best waitress they have working there. Very efficient and always coming around to check back with her customers to see if they need anything and always has a smile on her face. Makes you feel welcome and appreciated as a valued customer.
We ate at this location this weekend (Sunday 11/30). The service was slow, no one came around to re-fill our drinks. My wife's steak was cooked medium; it was so tough she could not chew it enough to swallow it. The table behind us had the same problem. I ordered the roast beef with gravy over Texas toast with mashed potatoes--the meat was not fresh and the gravy had to be from a can. The peanuts on the table were the best thing going at this road-kill restaurant.
This location was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The silverware was dirty - old food was dried hard on all the pieces. We showed this to the server and she had the Manager come over to our table - all she did was make excuses. When our food FINALLY arrived it was cold and we never received our salads PRIOR to this. We spoke to the server regarding this and she stated it was not her fault. This experience caused other customers around us to speak up and state they were experiencing the same problems. After waiting for the Manger again - we finally walked out. If you are heading towards Atlanta - wait tp stop at the Logans in Douglasville, GA - so much better. NO COMPARISION!
