Taco Bell, Marksville

this is for someone to read because its important that i speak out. i was at taco bell tonite and i had to wait 30 minutes in line for my order. i think that the service is very poor at taco bell in marksville, la. this is not the first time that this has happen. the line was backed up and gas is too high to be waiting on fast food like this. i called the manager to the front and i told her that this was ridiculous. they had one man that was from the state of illinois that left out of line cause the service was too slow. its a shame for someone to come to our little town and see something or experience something like this. when i spoke to the manager it was like she didnt care. some mrs jones lady. i cannot believe they had about five people working in there and couldnt get the orders out fast enough. i dont know what kind of operation taco is operating, but you need to hire people with experience in learning how to take care of the public. to me the group that was on duty is just plain ole lazy. dont care about the courtesy of the public or nothing. now i want to see something done about this for improvement cause i am going to be going back to see if there are any changes, and the changes can start by new faces. i spent four dollars and burned ten dollars of gas. that is horrible. if you want the business of my family i would consider the upper level of authority to handle things and make a difference. debra martin marksville, la.
