Best pizza in town...My complaint is that on Mardi Gras, my husband and I wanted to take our graddaughter out to eat pizza. He called to see if they were open and was told that they were. When we arrived about 11:15 we were rudely told that they were not open and would not be open until 1 pm. They need to have someone that knows what's what to answer the phone. Also, we pick up a lot of takeout orders and the parking lot is terrible. Every few months they haul in gravel but all it takes is a big rain storm and there are potholes all over. I am tired of dodging these holes and walking in water to get to the pickup window. Something needs to be done about this problem

Rating is poor only over service at carry out window, pizzas are execllent I don't often have a taste for pizza, but when I do I go out of my way to make the drive over. I was in Friday to place a carry out order, there was a large black woman at the window with her back turned to it. She was distinctly unpleasant about taking my order as I evidently had disturbed her conversation with a coworker. I had a simple order, large mushroom, large cheese, large round the world WITH anchovies, which she somehow got plain pepperoni out of. I corrected her to her dismay, collected my pizzas and left. Thankfully I ruined the pizza in a sudden stop and had had to come back for another because when I got home there was not a single anchovie to be fund on the original pizza. I'm sorry to whine but a big reason I make the drive is Fleur de Lis is it's one of the few places to still even offer anchovies and I made the drive especially for that. It was the most rudely I have ever been treated in the ten years I have ordered pizzas there. Management may want to correct the employee as to the purpose she serves taking orders at the window. Really about the most obnoxious person in food service with whom I have dealt in a long time. (That all said, pizza was darn good as usual. One more encounter like that though and it'll be my last trip there)

People who thing this pizza is good have been eating to much boiled crawfish. I had a small veggie pizza. No pizza sauce, mostly burnt around the edge with little taste. Sad to say the best pizza in this town may be domino’s.

If you are looking for a pizza with a fresh crispy crust, fresh ingredients this AIN'T the place. Tried the "Round the World" pizza with 7 ingredients- I think I only had cheese, mushrooms & anchovy. I visited this establishment because it was highly recommended. The ambience is dark and murky. No doubt if they turned on the lights you would see the large amount of dirt on the walls. There is better pizza in B.R.

It's been years since I ate there but the pizza was about the best I've had in Baton Rouge. Sometimes when you have so many up and down reviews it's hard to tell what to think. I often ask people who's burgers they like as a guide. If they say McDonald's, I wouldn't accept their advice on dog food. Some people have taste and others just eat. I ate at Fleur De Lis twice, the 1st time because of a review in the Advocate. They had a food critic with excellent taste who was killed in a tragic multi car wreck on I-12. She said Fleur De Lis had the 2nd best pizza in Baton Rouge. On that recommendation I went there on a date. I would love to know who that reviewer thought had the best pizza, because Fleur De Lis was the best I had at that point in Baton Rouge. As good as the pizza was the service was the complete opposite. The waitress was very rude and because my date and I were the only African Americans in the (outside the kitchen) building. My impression was it was prejudice. But to give them a 2nd chance I went there again with even worse service. For years I thought it was racial, but I've seen a number of reviews from white patrons who love the pizza and hated the service. So it may just be a case of juke joint waitress's with bar maid attitude. I won't lie about their pizza because of the service, the pizza was even good cold. But I cannot support bad service with my money. There are other good pizza places (Pastime Lounge) with great service. So I give them a thumbs down because of the service not the pizza.

Ok Pizza, I think the place needs a little cleaning up. I think New York Pizza on Jones Creek is better and clean.

Fleur De Lis pizza is without question, the best pizza on the face of the planet. Nothing else can compare to it.I get it at least twice weekly.

I love their pizza! The place is a little dark and tight but the food is worth it.
