Ninfa's Mexican Restaurant, Baton Rouge

Best Mexican food in Baton Rouge. Their enchiladas are some of the best I ve ever had and their fajita chicken is very flavorful. They also have great margaritas. Everything I ve tried has been delicious!

Great fajitas and giant portions. The beef fajitas are excellent. The tortillas are very fresh and so is the guacamole. This a a better tex-mex chain verses the others and a great place to eat.

Great food. Got the fajaita for two, could have fed three. The service was good. The parking is the only thing to worry about. When you ride by it might looked packed but find a space it's worth it. The drinks are cold and strong

WoW! Great service and the food was wonderful. My family of five was quickly service and the waitress had a wonderful smile on her face. The portions of services were very large for the amount of money that we paid. Thank you everyone for being so kind and we look forward to seeing everyone again very soon. Rev. John and Family

This has to be the BEST restaurant that I have EVER eaten in. We travel over to BR (appx 126 miles round-trip)about every 10 days just to eat there. The staff greets you so nicely and the waiters are absolutely out of this world with their attitude, professionalism and just downright courtesy. The food is always plenty and they will stuff ur to-go plate as well. I could NEVER say enough positive things about this place.

We had a wonderful experience. We were greeted warmly upon entering. We did not have to wait long to be seated. The ninfainis are out of this world - worth a 45 minute drive to Baton Rouge! The specials always make me want to try something new while my husband tends to go for the grilled shrimp time and again.

My wife and I visited Ninfas for my 55th birthday on December 16th. We drove in from Hammond because this is my favorite mexican restaurant (we only do this on special occasions). We sat down within a few minutes of arriving even though it was about 7 that night. We hadn't been since the remodel, but my wife really liked it. So long as they still serve margaritas and the chihuahua platter, I don't care what the restaurant looks like. Even though he was a bit busy, our waiter greeted us and took the time to answer all of my wife's questions very thoroughly (I told you I would mention you Keith). He was an excellent waiter - maybe one of the better I've had in a long time. I ordered the special (which just so happened to be the chihuahua - this made me very happy. I think it was the special the last time I went), and my wife ordered the fajita chicken nachos. Both dishes were terrific. To top it off, whenever he found out it was my birthday, Keith brought me a birthday sopapilla. I didn't have any room left in my stomach, but it was a very thoughtful gesture. This is why I drive in from Hammond - great food and great service. I'll see you guys next year, if not sooner!

Best meal i have ever had. Saturday nite after the spring LSU game, party of 5 , we were told it would be 30min, we waited 25min then got sat . Yhe man at the front door was great. The server was great, and the food was the best. I have been ther before but this time i was compeled to tell everyone about how perfect this restaurant is. Yhe manager came to the table to check on us. They took great care of the children.It almost seemed like they thought we were "VIP"s. But thats how i have always been treated there.

I DO NOT LIKE THIS PLACE, THIER FOOD IS SICK. EVERYTIME I HAVE EATEN THERE I HAVE GOTTEN SICK AFTERWARDS.

BEWARE!!! We had a group of 12 eating late one night in January '09 in the room to the right of the entrance. After all the other tables had cleared out, one employeee set all the empty tables with new silverware and plates. Then another employee started spraying disinfectant on those tables without picking up the plates first. We were astounded and asked him does he realize the danger of what he was doing? He responded by laughing at us and claiming "at least they are now clean". He seemed to have no fear that we would tell management. I would never recomend that anyone eat at this establishment who values their health.
