Zeus Cafe, Lafayette

Zeus is a favorite of mine in lafayette..the service is awesome, the food is always fresh and you dont have to wait forever. They have a drive thru on johnston street- sooo nice when you are in a hurry!

Zeus Cafe is a great place to bring family and friends. The food is amazing & you even get to watch the belly dancers perform! It is a great place for a birthday, bachelor or bachelorette party or even just to hang out! It is priced at a very reasonable price & the owners are very friendly!

I LOOOOOOVE it. I cant wait to go back next month!

The food is healthy and always delicious!! The staff was very friendly, along with the management. My friends and I eat at zeus once a week, my kids eat at the one on UL campus, and I snag a snack every once in a while at the johnston location when I am in a rush. The hummus is my favorite and I love that the food is always fresh.

I asked the servers at two locations and the manager at the downtown location if there is msg (monosodium glutimate) in their gyros meat or sauce. They were unwilling to tell me, which tells me, there is. If you develop a migrain after eating at Zeus, now you know the reason.

I would like to eat at Zeus Cafe, but the servers and the owners are not able to tell me if there is msg (monosodium glutimate) in the gyros meat or sauce. Since they are so unwilling to part with this information, I think it likely there is msg in their food. If you eat at Zeus and develop a migrain the next day, now you know the reason why.

If you are in the mood for something different, I would suggest Zeus' Cafe. I found that the food was wonderful. The atmosphere was pleasant.

Great food. But do take time to find out about the food choices and ingredients. You will miss out if you give up on this place too quickly. Ask questions if you need to. Very charming atmosphere. Sometimes we load up on just appetizers because there are so many yummy dishes to try.

All three locations are great but I have come to love the downtown loc. the most. No other restuarant in this area has the hospitable atmosphere as here. I have introduced many friends and family members to Zeus' , at least once a week we eat at the cafe downtown. The menu offers a wide variety but I do have my favorites. I can never pass on an opportunity to eat at Zeus'

And the food was good too.
