Coyote Blues Intl LLC, Lafayette

Ate at the new Coyote Blues last night (Jackson, TN.). Nice decor, great service but the food was unimpressive. Eating Mexican food at Coyote Blues would be like going to the Olive Garden for Italian.

This is by far one of the best restaurants I have eaten at. The food is original, and delicious! Everything always tastes so fresh. The flavor profiles are wonderful, and the portions are worth the price you pay. I always have to stop myself from eating before I burst! I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience each and every time I have gone, and have tried almost everything on the menu - not one dish has disappointed me!

Really a great experience. Food, service, attmosphere and prices. What more could we had hoped for in a resturant. four of us all ordered something different, all we all were very impressed. The food was really delicious and great service, too. Will recomend this resturant to everyone who will listen.

Great food and great service. they have slightly different twists on normal Tex-Mex.

COYOTE BLUES IN LAFAYETTE LOUISIANA IS THE WORST RESTAURANT IM LAFAYETTE...ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE PREDJUDICE..FROM FROM SERVER TO THE MANAGER...ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT THERE...I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT

This restaurant is really great. The service is wonderful and the food is even better. I really enjoy the fajitas they have there. The chicken chimichangas are also good.

The Chipolte Chicken Quesadillas were excellent. I highly recommend the Pinot Noir and/or Sangria Margaritas. The booth seats were only slightly uncomfortable. A+

Any chance that you will open up one in Houston? You guys could make a killing over there!!! Reason I ask is I'm fixing to move to Houston and it would be great if you had one there!!! Since visiting Houston alot recently I can honestly say that the food at coyote blues is excellent and unique to Mexican food. It is fresher tasting in every way!!! I stop and eat there every time I drive through Lafayette!!!!

Wow! Food tastes great! Great service! Food comes out fast! Everyone seems friendly! Great waiters! Best Mexican food I've ever had! Definitely want it again!
