Moved to Lafayette last year, and Judice Inn burgers are one of the things that make this town special. Burgers are seasoned with a little Cajun spice, they have just the right amount of fat content, and they are very flavorful. Get a cheeseburger with a fried egg on top. Some people here are complaining they don't have fries, but apparently it's always been that way there, and they've been around for well over 50 years. They must be doing something right. Anyway, I go to a burger joint for the burgers.
USA Today did a series on the 50 best burger joints in America (one in each state), and Judice Inn was it for Louisiana. I can't find fault with that judgment. Just a great burger.
