Outback Steakhouse, Slidell

love this steakhouse, the servers or friendly, fun n fast, prices are reasonable i will definitly make this my fav spot to eat, love outback

The servie was very, very slow and our server Patrick was very poorly trained. The restaurant was not busy but food was not coming out of the kitchen and, rather than explaining, Patrick just decided to disappear. When my steak finally arrived it was overcooked but Patrick was nowhere to be found. That was almost two hours of my life wasted.

I eat at this Outback at least once a week and if I ever have a problem the manager is willing to correct the problem no matter how minor. Yes they get busy at times but isn't that a sign of a good restaurant. I recommend eating at this location to my friends who go to the Metairie location.

The service was bad and what they called a steak was bad. The $30 steaks were small and would not be more than a 6oz or less. Food came out cold.

I was very upset that I went to purchase gift cards with my credit card and I was I.D. It wasn;t the fact that she was checking my I.D. as it was the attitude she had about me not having it on me. I informed her that it was simply ridiculous because I could sit down and spend $120.00 on dinner and use the same card without identification, yet I wanted $30.00 in gift cards. If I was going to steal someones credit card, I would have gotten more then $30.00. I did inform the restaurant and I was told they would speak to her, so I am not a upset as I was at that moment. She was very rude, and a punk kid.

This place is awesome! Everyone should eat here. The food and service is excellent!

if you can wait for dinner about an hour or so, you will like outback steakhouse. Parking is limited because of the two restaurants around it, applebees and texas roadhouse. The items are kind of pricy, but the service is great.
