Chili's Grill & Bar, Houma

Food is 'okay' and not great...Service has always been lousy at Chili's. I am not just bashing them for the sake of it. Their staff training program must lack instruction and guidance on customer care. Bad service seems to be part of the franchise. Go to Lonestar, Outback, or Olive Garden if you want a better franchised dining experience.

chilli's has good food,but the service is so horrible that it does not make up for it..the few times ive been there i had a waiter texting on his phone,got cold phone,didnt get the check,and had checks messed up.if i ever want chili's i go to ground pat'i..it is better service for better price.if chili's service wouldnt be so horrific i would go back.

Terrific food and great service. Certainly one of the better restaurants in Houma.

Two-for-one drinks! Also, oddly enough, they have the best corn-on-the-cob I've ever had!?!?

all i can say about this place is thenk goodness there's always Golden Corral

i have never gotten such bad serivce at any resturant ever, we got our food cold it was just nasty i will never eat here again

This place is the bomb for eating out and getting a good drink!! My favorites here are the Chicken Enchilada Soup and the Triple Play. This place has the best Martini's I have drank in quite some time. The atmosphere is excellent for either a night with that special someone, or a group of friends!! I highly recomend this place!!! Although I do find the one in Thibodaux is better than the one in Houma, i do like both of them.

Chilli's is an awesome place to eat and hang out. The service (waitresses) aren't all that great at times but I guess it depends on who you get and what mood their in. But over all the food is EXCELLENT. My family and I LOVE to go there as often as we can...
