Our first meal in NOLA was at Emeril' Delmonico to begin a 7 day "Eatfest" in grand style. Our waiter, Francisco, "El Capitan" maneuvered us through the menu to discover the Pork cheeks on dirty rice, the best appetizer we had on our trip, The pork shank, to die for, and my wife had the best steak she tasted for the week. The wait staff was multiple and attentive enhancing our meal with impeccable service. We will be back for more! (You would love it.)
