Vincent's is located in the Uptown area of New Orleans in the heart of the Riverbend. We have been serving the New Orleans area for 20 years and continue to serve the the finest ingredients at a reasonable price. Vincent's has been voted "Best Italian Restaurant" for 10 years in a row by multiple publications. The menu is considered to be Creole Italian which consist of Italian food with a New Orleans Twist. We serve your all your Italian favorites from homemade pasta's to Osso Bucco along with many classic New Orleans dishes such as Blackened Redfish, Seafood Stuffed Porkchop, Veal Chop, Stuffed Shrimp in Pastry, Herb Crusted Salmon and Crabcakes. We went here for lunch. I had a Peroni beer, salad with blue cheese dressing, crab and corn bisque in a bread bowl, and the spaghetti and meatballs entrée. All of the items were outstanding. The wait staff were also very helpful, and the little restaurant is well maintained and cozy. RJT

We saw Vincets while riding the street car on St. Charles and we thought it looked like it would be a great place for italian food. We were very, very disappointed. We had a late dinner on Saturday night but it was still very crowded. The put five of us at a table for four. Waiters and other diners kept bumping into us and the overall restaurant is very, very crowded. The wait staff was rushed and unattentive. The worst part of all was the food. I had the veal meatballs with red sauce, it was very sweet and not worth the $15. Our salad was a few pieces of lettuce, one little tomatoe slice, too much oil and a few herbs. No one in my party liked their food. We left not happy about spending $150+ on food none of us liked.

I am from out of State and literally stumbled upon Vincent's with my family. We ate there twice in three nights because after the first night we had to have more! We loved the food both nights and were treated very well by the waiters and the manager. My son will be attending Tulane next year and with each visit to town we will stop back in.

4 of us dined here. 2 enjoyed food; 2 did not. Servers were unfriendly; rushed us (took plates and glasses too quickly). Will not return. Too bad; nice atmosphere.

After Katrina we re -located uptown and were desperate for restaurants with good food. We were so pleased to find Vincents uptown and have been regulars there ever since. Excellent Italian cuisine. Reuben

THE PERFECT ITALIAN DINNER

I love the friendly staff and the delicious food. This is moderately priced and you can get an entre starting at around 20 dollars. Happy Eating!

Best of New Orleans

This restaurant was the most wonderful of New Orleans. I also ate at the Palace, but I found that Vincent's was as good if not a little better. I had parmesan chicken over spinach.

Eureka --- Gold!

I have been going to New Orleans for 30 years. This little restaurant was one pleasant suprise. Great crab and corn soup, fabulous Italian Oysters Rockefeller, classic spagetti and fennell sausage, wonderful stuffed shrimp. The server kept the wine chilled. Excellent attention to the smallest detail. This restaurant offers a creative twist to some traditional New Orleans' dishes.
