Taking tourists for granted..The food was great but the service and attitude will make me NEVER return. Any issue you have are answered with we have a line outside so too bad . Don t look to me Coop s when that line fades and you are looking for customers. Too bad they hate their customers, could have been great...

Went here 2.7.10 and had an amazing blackened chicken sandwich. Staff were great and with the Super Bowl on TV, the atmosphere was wonderful.

Food was pretty tasty but the staff were really unfriendly making it feel like a burden to serve you, a thank you or smile goes a long way. So, if you can bear being treated like an unwelcome guest, stop by. Mind you it was just after Mardi Gras and we could give them the benefit of the doubt...

Great Food! Atmosphere leaves something to be desired - unless you like funky semi dirty little spots, but the food is some of the best in the French Quarter. Local hangout for pool, food and drinks. The food will surprise you. The jambalaya with rabbit sausage is great -- try the fried chicken too. If they have crawfish beignets on the menu for appetizers, it is a must have! You can be dressed in shorts and sandals and pretty much anything goes --

This is one of those type of places where the locals go to hang out at the French Quarter. It's not fine dining, it's a bar with great cajun food and great prices. If you show up acting like a tourist expect being treated like a tourist. My service was fine I got my soup in 5 minutes and my entre in 15 minutes piping hot (And spicy.). If you are not to pretentious to eat at hole in a wall this is a must stop otherwise go visit Emeril (BAM BAM) Lagasse at NOLA.

Our entire party was so upset that we WASTED an entire evening waiting for our food. It started alright; we ordered got drinks and waited. During Mardi Gras you expect an extra wait but after 2 HOURS we asked what was going on. Our server told us the cooks were drunk and doing shots and that there was no manager on duty!!! We couldn't believe it! We complained and got a free round of drinks. Finally the food arrived and it was stone COLD! Not room temperature but ice cold, like it had been pulled out of a fridge!! We complained again and even when 'reheated' it was still cold. We ended up getting the meal for free but it didn't matter because our entire evening was wasted at this dump. We missed a Krewe we had hoped to catch and were annoyed a good part of the evening. DO NOT STOP HERE!! I've eaten a lot of places and try to be fair when I review but this was honestly the worst experience I've ever had. I can't think of one positive thing to say about the experience.
