Igor's Buddha Belly Bar & Grill
This popular Uptown hangout is nestled among the hip little shops along Magazine Street. You get a unique type of three-for-one at this laundromat, burger bar, and pool hall, rolled into one. If you find yourself short on time, this combination could be just the right one for you. Refuel with a marinated chicken sandwich, which comes with fries or a homemade pasta salad. Also delicious is the shaved steak sandwich-the meat is sauteed in red wine with onions, mushrooms and peppers and served on a toasted bun with fries. A delight for the hearty appetites!
The hamburgers are some of the best I've ever had--they're cooked perfectly. The bartenders are extremely friendly as are the local patrons. I'd highly recommend stopping in for a burger and fries if you're in the area. Just be warned...the hamburgers will be pricier than most are used to, but, you get a lot of food!
