Late with an Attitude
Order your lunch at breakfast time and dinner at lunch because they are always late delivering the food (usually takes 1 1/2 hours). Plus, don't you dare calling the restaurant if the order is late, unless you want to deal with the self-righteous manager/owner's attitude who instead of apologizing for the delay and reassuring you that food is on the way, insists on trying to prove your clock wrong.
It is sad, actually, because we used to greatly enjoy Pomodoro. The staff tries hard to be corteous, but it is impossible if their leader is casting a rude shadow on them. They should hire a person with actual customer servicing skills and leave the rude manager to manage the business, preferably next to the hot pizza oven with no access to a phone or the cash register.
