We had the worst customer service we have ever had at Arby's today (136 & Maple - Omaha). Five co-workers and I went shopping across the street and drove thru for a quick lunch. The lady (Shelia or Shelly - something like that) at the drive thru window was so rude. She wouldn't smile, just kept pushing the food out the window as my co-worker was trying to give her the money. She didn't say thank you and as we were driving off she gave us a mean look. I don't understand how someone with that kind of attitude in an economy today could stay employed - believe me there are many more people that actually need jobs and could be more appreciate of us spending our money (since there are so many other choices in the area).
