Jaipur, Omaha

Jaipur has the best service, food, and ambiance of any Indian restaurant in Omaha. Sitting on their covered patio on a warm, summer night with a glass of their signature brewed beer and browsing their large menu is my idea of heaven!

Jaipur is the best indian restaurant in Omaha. I have been to Indian restaurants across the country and Jaipur is top of the line. Disregard the bad reviews. They are full of bull$h*t! Great flavor and excellent service. It'll keep you coming back for more.

The atmosphere is excellent and the ambience fairly soothing. I am not a tremendous fan of the fusion technique, but they managed to pull it off pretty well. The beer they brewed pairs well with the food. The chicken was a tad dry for my taste, but all around it was a satisfying meal.

Food was decent, but wasn't worth the money. Prices are ridiculously outrageous. some rice with chicken was 19 bucks. You definately don't get your money's worth here. Imagine taking a family or friends out to eat at this place and seeing an bill out of this world. For about 20 plus dollars I can go to a 5 star casino and enjoy as much food as I want with all the crab legs and so forth I could desire.

This is not an INDIAN restaurant, I never suggest any of the INDIANS who loves spice to go to this place, I had wasted my time, money. Prices are expensive and service uhhh so bad, I ordered Chicken Biryani and he took 1 hour to bring and it was so sweet that I cant believe I ordered Chicken Biryani. Don't even think of going to this place unless you like sweet food.

Food was below average. The dish I had was extremely dry and I had to request sauce just so I could swallow it. They charged an extra $4.00 for a tiny serving size of sauce. And I had to wait forever for my bill.

The ambiance of this restaraunt is more of a feel of an indian restaraunt. It has more of the right atmosphere for a indian restaraunt. The service is great too. Although their has been some times when I don't think they prepared the sauce for their Chicken (or Murghi) Tikka Korma right. I liked their food a lot. Went back many times, in fact I used to pick it up for take out a lot times when I used to live not very far from there. So I would recommend it. I used to think of it as a tie between it and Mr. C's as one of my two favorite restaraunts. However with their business going up, unfortunately some of the quality went down from time to time. I'd say unfortunately it like Big Fred's pizza, was roughly just over a mile from where I used to live, as well as where the woman I still love, lives during the summer, so it is a little too painful to be that area usually. I'd recommend people trying it out if you happen to be anywhere around southwest omaha, especially around Rockbrook village or not far from Oakview mall especially east of there. It's in Rockbrook village shopping center, which is about less than half a mile east of the Center street exit, from Interstate 680 highway. Rockbrook village shopping center is about 1 block south of Center street starting itself west from 108th street.

The taste of the food is not even close to other Indian Restaurant. The food is very expensive than other Indian restaurants. They ought to do google search for some good Indian recipes. I am sure it will help them Its was awful. I am very dissappointed

Great food,excellent selection of wines.Jaipur brew its own beers and they are awesome.Service was fast and management is really impressive.Best Indian food I ever had, Jaipur is not spicy like other Inidain resturants, it was just perfect!I heard they serve best steak in town.Steaks with a touch of Indian spice Ah... it was delicious.I recomend Jaipur to all who love good food,wines and beers and want to have a good time.

I CRAVE the Jaipur on a regular basis.. thimpu chicken.. chicken tikka korma.. and chicken korma are selections i recommend for first timers.
