My little boys ages 3 and 5 are in love with this restaurant. The food was really fresh. The restaurant is small, but the food makes up for everything. It is often crowded with people about 5 to 10 people ordering everytime we go. Very good I am a happy mom. :-)
The worst thing in most restaurants is always the kitchen- but this place has chops beyond that. I have been going there since 1998. The same family still owns it and they are always polite and helpful- what seems to be a curt attitude is only the family's limited fluency with English.
Their fried rice is as good as anywhere I have eaten it- including Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The General Tso's chicken is great too. They do prefry ingredients and then refry them- but again, so has almost every Chinese restaurant I've been to- even the ones who claim not to do that!
Hope you who dine out for lunch and those who love take out can give this one a try- definitely worth it! It isn't open 24 hours either... but they do have a small luncheon buffet.
Well the restraunt is dirty like most of chinese restraunts in the area. The things are being in the kitchen area are just oever my head: ie: using cardboard boxes to store deefried chicken and then to reuse them. Food actually tastes ok. Not authentic, but tastes and is prices very reasonable. Also reminds how scroogy these poeple are. In summer, it is quite hot because the AC is not working, I guess they want to save money on electricity. They want to save money on nothing... also need to be a little more cusomer-friendly.
