Spaghetti Works

Description

Casual Italian dining is the focus at this Old Market mainstay. The emphasis here is on quantity, with big plates of pasta offered with your choice of sauces. Order just one sauce or a combination of many. The pasta is all-you-can-eat, so come hungry. The menu also features sandwiches, ribs, and baked pastas. An old Model-T Ford has been transformed to house the fresh salad bar. This is a great spot for a family dinner, but no reservations are accepted.

This place use to be great and now it's absolutely horrible some of the worst service ive ever had. Just college kids that don't care about the job the food and especially not the service. They found humor in putting nasty things in the pasta they served, pathetic and disgusting I will never go back and report them to food services. Just GARBAGE.

you must have had to have grown up here to get this place. All my freinds who have lived here have a story about going here as a kid. Me, I thought it was overcooked pasta with bland sauce and served slowy. Only good thing to say is the location is excellent and teh beer was cold.

The only good things I can say are: beautiful seating outside under covered deck with Old Market views, and, very helpful with food allergies with my child. Otherwise, this place was completely unremarkable. I could have made better pasta at home. The server recommended the "build your own" type of pasta, and my husband and I tried different types of sauces--both so-so. My veggies in my primavera were clearly just heated from a frozen bag--in fact were still frozen. Our server took it back, but on the way stopped and talked for 15 minutes so I was eating after my family was finished. Garlic bread was blah, and the salad bar was also very blah. We don't anticipate going back.

I had a great time eating at Spaghetti works. There was a bit of a wait at first, but no diffrent than red lobster and the time seems to fly by. It gives you a chance to converse with your family and have fun. The resturaunt had a nice atmosphere, there was more than enough to eat. and the food is very delicious. I had to take half of mine home. I could not finish it all in one sitting. Cost is very affordable with less than $80.00 for 5 people.

Bad place took a large party there. Waitress very unorganized. After we had eaten and people were paying and getting ready to leave, she made a huge scene saying many had not paid thier tickets. Finally somebody gave her $20. She never could tell us which tickets weren't paid for. Left a bad taste in our mouth, will never be back!! Food not that great. I mean, it is spaghetti, after all!!!

I always enjoy eating at Spaghetti Works when I'm downtown. The food is quite great, I especially enjoy the lasagna and everything there is quite delicious. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Omaha, for sure. Reasonably priced and a good, large amount of food, I always get leftovers.

Serious Serious Pasta

You are in for a treat. Nestled in Old Market Omaha, you will walk into time. Fabulous, festive atmosphere. And Ohhhh, the spaghetti. You will not be able to make up your mind between the incredible meatballs, and the sausage. So, you'll just need to get both. Bring your friends and your appetites.

Food was very good. I LOVED my pizza! Son had chicken nuggets, which I didn't think were very good, but he seemed to like OK. Prices weren't bad at all & we ate with the three of us for about $30. Husband liked his too. Would go here again...Salad bar plates could be bigger though. These were the smallest plates we've ever seen.
