Coachlight Restaurant, Longford

The Coachlight Restaurant is a tongue lickin place to get you sum vittles. I really like them fried chicken, marshed taters, beans an chicken fries though if you fills up on them marshed tater i would make certain you can find a facility pretty quick afters yous eats them if you know what i mean. I will tell you though its worth a stomach cramp er two fer there taste. A good blow out if you know what I mean never hurt nobodys any who. Try to eats there about first in line on Sunday cause the chickens will get a little stale after 2 in the afternoon or so but it still tastes good but it might gas you up pretty bad after that. A good place to eat an it is real cheap too.

Me and the Mrs. had us some real good eats at the Coachlight. I did get a little gassed up from the chicken fry but it was a good un any hows. I can tell you one thing, it sure don t taste like no nursin home food er nuthing no how. Cause it was good an tasty. Sure I ve had better, who ain t but if yer in a small town whut do you expect, McDonalds er what? Also at Longford Rodeo time they s in a hurry so you can t expect ever thing to be done to perfection like you would if you ate in Con or Salina er some big city like thet.

I was totally shocked at the review I just read. My entire family has went to Longford for many years on special occasions as well as just for the heck of it. The food is UNMATCHED, it is delicious! The Chicken buffet on Sunday is fantastic. It is all good country home cooking.

grew up eating here and still love every chance i get to eat there. definitely worth the drive.

This is NOT nursing home food. It is good american style food. Take a look at their signature book and you will find people from far and wide that go out of their way to eat there. Good food, family atmosphere, at a great price.
