Great BBQ in Salina. The menu is large and prices to accomdiate all. Hickory Hut even offers family deals! Where else can you get stuffed on great food and have all the fixings at such a great price. I absolutely love the baked beans here.

You may not know who I am, but I am a BBQ connoisseur (especially pork ribs). I must say, the ribs at the Hickory Hut located in Salina, Kansas are among the best that I have ever sunk my teeth into ... and not being modest at all ... they follow a close second to my own ribs ... but hey, you definitely would not be disappointed taking the family out to dine on the Hickory Hut's fine dining. The baked beans however, are a few steps ahead of my own beans and now I must go back to the trial & error table to make my beans as savory as theirs, or better. I live almost two hours away, but now I have a reason to travel more often to Salina ... thanks Hickory Hut!!!

Famous Daves eat your heart out! The food at Hickory Hut in Salina blows away any other barbeque I have eaten. The family feast for under $35 was more than our family of 4 could eat. Their ribs are scrumptious!!! Be sure to try the beef brisket and the baked beans! A wonderful casual atmosphere with friendly and helpful service! Wish we didn't live 4 hours away! Will definitely eat here again if we come back this way!
