Cafe Del Rio, Pittsburg

it may be a good place to eat but the management and employees are the worst people i have ever met. I have seen the kitchen manager Ryan lynch so drunk he peed on himself and thought it was funny. Ryan is the number one reason i will never eat there between treating the kitchen staff like dirt he is a liar and a thief. Stealing from the company and blaming other people for it. i have yet to met an employee that does have anything good to say about management. But if you want the Queso recipe its just White or Pepperjack cz and spinach and jalopinos if your using pepperjack don't add the peppers. ty

love del rio. the queso is ADDICTIVE!!! chili burrito is awesome. also during the school season the collegio usually has coupons in it and its right outside their door.

YUMMY! We live in a large city with too many Mexican places to choose from and an abundance of bad ones. When we were told to try Del Rio while on a road trip, we were definitely nervous. It was fabulous. Great prices, no wait (of course it was 2:30), amazing salsa, awesome queso, wonderful textures and flavors. Our party of six all said we'd make the 3 hour trip just to eat there again. TWO THUMBS WAY UP! The kids wouldn't believe that was a mall that Del Rio was in though. Hehe.

Cafe Del Rio is my favorite place to eat....great salsa, and I like almost everything on their menu...I have NEVER been disapointed, we live about 45 minutes away and it is worth the drive everytime..my husband is not a huge fan of mexican food anywhere so when we go he gets the del rio burger and says it is wonderful!!!! I almost always get chips and salsa to go, so that I can enjoy some the next day...I can't say enough good things about the place!!!

A wonderful place to eat, waiting staff wonderful and kind. My family and friends eat there at least 3 times a week and prefer the choices there then at other mexican resteraunts. Salsa is great and queso is the best. There is no place better!!!!!!

Cafe Del Rio in Pittsburg ALWAYS makes me sick. I have heard stories of what goes on in the kitchen, and because I know some of the people who work in the kitchen, I can trust that what I have heard is true. I will not eat at Cafe Del Rio unless I absolutly have to. I hate it.

I am a tamale lover. These were pretty good. I am also picky about cheese enchiladas. They were great too. I wasn't crazy about the chips and salsa, but they are free! I have had better beef tacos, but overall, I would recommend. I if ever end up in Pittsburg again, I will eat there again.

Cafe Del Rio is okay, too overpriced for what you pay for! food is okaY!

Cafe Del Rio is my favorite mexican restaurant in the area. Their queso is wonderful. I like almost everything on their menu, the prices are decent and the ambiance is enjoyable.
