Cartoons Oyster Bar & Grill, Springfield

Cartoon's used to be a wonderful and fun environment to have some good times, get good service and decent food. Sadly Cartoon's is now poor serviced, quality of food is VERY bad and dirty. I hate this because we LOVED Cartoon's. Can't say we will be returning anytime soon, when so many other local venues offer much better!

I really enjoy going into Cartoons.. I love the live entertainment and all the entertainment from the wait staff.. they have some amazaing waitresses and bar tenders..I really like one of the bartenders that tends to work monday nights.. shes a very nice lady! Kim, i believe is her name.. I also really like two of the girls that wait in the big room..sarah and lindsay! i have never had a bad experience there before! The food is amazing.. and the specials are always really good! Thanks cartoons for an awesome experience everytime.

This is a very nice place. Onion rings are the yummiest. They have a magician who might stop by your table and amaze you and they have rockin bands in a gorgeous indoor/outdoor fire burning setting.

While the service has improved some, the waitress flat out told me they didn't have the kind of beer I ordered, when in fact they did, she was rude. I had to ask the bartender and they did have it. The food on the other hand, not good. Fried shrimp had a foul smell and was like chewing rubber. Fried clams, same thing but worse. Tried chicken nachos thinking that would be safe. No chicken! had to dig for a few chicken crumbs. Burger and french fries are fine, but come on. They advertise as an Oyster Bar which should mean you can get some decent fried seafood.
