This place radiates style and good taste, and the food served here mirrors these qualities. Art deco chrome furnishings and decorations recall the 1940s and 1950s and create a laid-back atmosphere that local patrons return for time and time again. The char-broiler here kicks out favorites such as the beef kabob (USD12.95), two skewers laden with beef, onion and garden vegetables. The breakfast buffet is full of pancakes, fruit and incredible freshly baked breads and pastries. The venue opens at 5 p.m on Saturdays and 4 p.m on Sundays.
The best thing about this restaurant is it's shakes. The food is way overpriced and the quality is poor. Our waitress walked past our table three times without acknowledging us. I will never go back there again.
I read reviews saying what a great place this was so my husband and I stopped by for Sunday brunch. It was gross. It was a nasty, nasty buffet. Over cooked potatoes. Canned mixed fruit. Soggy biscuits. Rubbery sausage Thank goodness it was only $5! The service was good. And the place was clean.
My advice is if you are looking for a Sunday brunch, just take the continental breakfast your hotel offers and run!
breakfast bar with the mainline staples, good waffles, canned and fresh fruit. The wait staff were efficient and friendly. I did notice that the owner has it up for sale in a local paper so...who knows what the future holds.
The food was very good and the service was great. It was expensive, expect to pay $15 for a burger and fries, but it is Branson, and everything is expensive. I did not see a ticket salesperson which was nice since they are EVERYWHERE in Branson.
We have eaten the breakfast buffet several times. The food is great, but the prices are a bit above average. The restaurant is clean and a neat place to visit. It's a good stop for breakfast -- we've never had lunch or dinner there.
