Baldknobbers Motor Inn, Branson

I'm not a big fan of fast food, but I'm sure Burger King would have been a better choice. The food on the buffet looked and tasted like it was prepared the day before. There were only 7 other people at that time 8:20 AM. now I know why. Like I said ONCE WAS ENOUGH.

The Baldknobbers Resturant is so convient for Breakfast if you stay in their Motor Inn. You can order from the menu or have a buffet for an extremely reasonalble price. There is a buffet for all meals and you can order from a menu. If you are looking for extravagance and grandeur, this is not the place. It serves downhome country food which is good. The servers are pleasant, friendly, and fast.

We had the lunch buffet on the last day of our trip, a Sunday. We'd miss read the sign and thought we were getting a great price. Frankly, the buffet was disgusting. The buffet table was very small with only a few choices of what looked like yesterday's dinner. For our family of 5, at least 3 of us walked away hungry. When we paid the bill we were blown away at the price for such a terrible experience. We don't mind paying $10 a plate for a decent meal but we certainly did not get what we paid for, not even a little. The atmosphere reminds you of the inside of a 1980's trailer park. The waitress was frazzled and seemed over worked while others stood around. Our drinks were constantly empty. She was nice though, we all felt bad for her. Overall, the breakfast buffet might be a good deal, we don't know but the lunch/dinner buffet is terrible.

We went for lunch around 1pm. There wasn't but 5 tables with customers and while waiting to be seated 3 parties left. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I asked clerk was anyone going to seat us. I had seen anyone but her since enter resturant. She told us to just go in and made comment to one customer she was only one person. We went in and looked at empty buffet and after rude greeting we walked back out and went to Grand Country Buffet where we knew we would be treated better and food would be out.

heard the jokes before,cast members talking to each other while show in progress. I have heard a lot better for the price. probably wont return,as the motel and restaurant are also sub standard.
