Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Saint Roberts

Terrible experience. Will never go back unless they get rid of the server. Food was good but the server was having (I know) the worst day of her life. Had a large gathering and no one felt the neccessity to leave a tip.

Good place to feed old folks. The food is acceptable and the service was OK. The dining area by the big fireplace is nice in the winter time but most of dining area is so-so.

Took forever to be seated which is understandable for a busy Sunday afternoon. But there is no waiting area, or even a single bench to wait on. The service was poor and the food was very generic. I wouldn't go again.

The food at this Cracker Barrel is either really good or really bad. It is a hit and miss thing along with the service. You will sit there with no drink, wait to be noticed by a server and then if you have a complaint wait for ever to speak to a manager. The only reason I do go is because it is the only place in this town to get a good breakfast. Sometimes the food is good for instance you get good bisquits or you get hard bisquits that have been sitting. When they had their cinammon bisquits they were never decent they hurt your mouth to bit. But they never tried to do anything to make it right.

I like to go to Cracker Barrel because I really enjoy the food. On the other hand the service from most of the servers at this Cracker Barrel is terrible. Recently I went to eat breakfast and I tried to substitute something and was told that I couldn't do that even if it was upcharged. After much talk with the lady serving us I decided to leave and she told us that they could do the substitution if they charged us more money. I just went ahead and left at that point. I guess the customer at Cracker Barrel isn't always right. Each time I go I have to debate wether or not to risk the bad service for a good meal.

The service could be better. The food should taste better, but its not cooked right. The service is absolutly horrible. The servers look at you like a burden instead of as a dollar in their pocket. You recieve dirty looks for being sat in their section, and you dont recieve the great service you should recieve being a guest in their store. I will never return and for those of you thinking about stopping, Zaxbys is right next door.

I have loved going to Cracker Barrel just for their Lemon Peppered Grilled Trout. Now they tell me they no longer have it because they didn't sell enough of it?! My friends and I would get together just to go eat out and have the Lemon Peppered Grilled Trout. It's not only delicious, but great for those of us who want to eat out with family and friends but yet still watch the calories. Guess now we will all have to find another place to get together at for dinners..*sigh*
