Papa John's Pizza, St Robert

This store has the worst customer service in history! And thier drivers, are worse yet. We have a 15 mph speed limit on out road and we havve seen the driver( sivler honda or hyundai) doing well over 35-40 on it, and just a few minutes ago on hwy Y the same car came around the corner on my side of the road and forced me over. It was pouring rain or i would have got a tag # and called the S.O. i may still. if possibel, i would give this a negative 5 star rating.

I'm a good papa johns customer, no matter where I've lived, papa johns was my pizza place. Today I had a big order, I picked it up and the customer service was terrible, the girl was very unfriendly. when I got home and wanted to enjoy my pizza I noticed that EVERYTHING was burned! I called and asked for the manager, he was very unfriendly, he told me that he checked the other orders and that none of them was burned, well baked but not burned!!!! Are you serious, what kind of manager is that, my husband took the pizza back and they assured him to redo the order. I will never order from this place again.

I have ordered online from this place twice and each time it took 1 1/2 - 2 hours to deliver. Each time I called I was told it would be delivered soon, and it eventually was, but I don't understand why pizza delivery has to be so difficult! I order from Papa Johns in Tacoma, WA and NEVER has this problem!

I had a terrible experience with this store. I called to order pizza..I placed my order and then stated that I had a check. The person answering the phone said they didn't take checks, so I told her thanks and hung up the phone. Twenty minutes later the papa john's guy shows up at the door and wanted me to pay for the pizza. I answered the door w/check in hand b/c I had ordered from Pizza Hut. I told them that I cancelled the order..he calls the store and the girl tells him that I didn't cancel. I showed him the check made out to Pizza Hut to prove that I wasnt lying. This guy tried to barter with me and left after I got upset when he started questioning whether or not I correctly cancelled the order. If they were the last restaurant on this earth I would never order from them again. I called the mgr and he said he would talk to the driver...apparently he has done this before, but I don't think anything came about it. NO WAY! Terrible customer service!
