i am the new owner and the manager of pizza inn here in rolla. We also own pizza inn in salem. If you have never been in here you need to come try us out. We have a great family environment that is pleasing to all ages. We have a delicious freah salad bar as well as a huge buffet. We also have chili and ice cream. I worked at this pizza inn for a short while and learned that they never use gloves for anything even when handling the salad and cold or room temp items. Also the waitress's never wash their after handling customers plates or cups. I've seen numerous times that waitress's pull straws out of the cups when emptying them and then will handle food or somebody's drink. Another thing I've witnessed time and time again is when a waitress fills a cup with soda and ice will float to the top and over the edge so they use their fingers to push the ice back in the cup. The time i worked there I had never seen even one glove. It's a family owned restaurant which i guess makes it all ok in the legal sense but if you ask me if i'll ever eat there again...maybe the pizza since its cooked but any room temp products no. Also the salad bar and the desert bar set out from 10am until 10 pm 12 hours uncovered.
