Wendy's, Carthage

I work in Carthage and usually frequent Wendy's at least 2 or 3 times a week, in the past couple of months the service (through the drive through) is BAD! The last time I went there were 2 cars in front of me and no cars on the parking lot and it took about 10 minutes to get to the order station. When I drove around to pick up my order there were about 3 kids out smoking in Wendy's uniforms. I have witnessed the help coughing and still handling the food after their hand was used to cover their mouth. I have went to this Wendy's since they were open, I don't think I will return, I have heard complaints from my co-workers also. I work for USDA. Please get this restaurant back on track for the old loyal customers. Thank You
