Iron Skillet Restaurant, Joplin

My dad and I went to eat supper on Oct. 20,2009 around 7 pm. I ordered a med.cooked steak and my dad ordered a med. rare steak. My steak came to the table extra well done, and my dads steak was next to raw. I would of sent both steaks back, but didn't in fear of the cook getting up-set and spitting on the new made steaks (because of the customer complaint). I would think that having to pay the $30.00 that I paid for this meal, that the steaks would of been cooked-to-order like the menu says. My dad and I were very disappointed. We pass through this area alot on our trips, and I don't belive that we will be eating at the Iron Skillet again. GOOD LUCK IRON SKILLET, FIND A REAL COOK!
