Pizza Hut, Carthage

Pizza Hut needs to shut this franchisee down. The service is slow and terrible and the employees could not care less. Where is the owner? If you call to complain you get an answering machine that no one returns calls from.

I tried to give this pizza hut a zero star . Unfortunately it wouldn t let me . The lady behind the counter was so unprofessional (putting that really mildly) . I asked her what the carry out special was . She wouldn t tell me . She said she was too busy . There were two people dining in . And only one car at the drive thru window . I was so shocked . Now I wish I woud have gotten her name, although I don t think there would have been anyone to complain to . According to her they didn t have a Manager . Anyway I handled it the only way I could think to do . I drove my car across the street to Dominoes and ordered 2 large pizzas ( Which were very good ) . I will never go to Pizza Hut again .
