This restaurant is very dirty! My hamburger was not all the way done. The service was very lazy, unprofessional. No clean tables. Slaw tasted bad. Floors filthy. You wonder why your restaurants are shutting down? Ice cream is great-but much smaller! It seems that we have a lot less DQ's in the KC area. I think it may be due to smaller portion sizes and higher prices. also poorly ran franchizes. With the money I spent visiting this DQ I could have had a better experience at Red Lobster for the same price. I'm very dissapointed in my dining experience. I use to be a huge fan of DQ but I am having some serious doubts about going back. If a health inspector showed up at this DQ, trust me it would be shut down in a heartbeat. I don't know if you have someone from your corporate office checking-obviously not, but they need to start making sure their business is being ran well. Also after I requested a new burger, the gentleman who fixed it was a walking health violation. He was wiping his nose and then touching the food. Coughing and no gloves. Again, I will not recommend that anyone come to this restaurant.
