cannot say anything negative, this was the best experience i,ve had in a long time from a hotel, me and my husband a wonderful time this will always be our place for romance the people were so nice and kind

Luxury and Style

The comfort of the Westin Bed is soooo amazing. I had recently purchased a bed after testing a dozen or more mattresses with my wife. If we had gone to the Westin before, we'd made the purchase, I would have purchased theirs. Hands down the fluffy, firmness of the Westin Beed can't be beat.

it was right in the middle of the action. you could get to the baseball game quick. there is great shopping in the area.

Awesome Place---Great View

Awesome Place---Great View. The elevators are the best and there is so much there to do. From the Liberty Memorial, Union Station, it's great to have so much history and beauty so close.

Great Location Have been to Kansas City many times and have always stayed at either the Westin or the Hyatt, I like the Westin Best.

Best little weekend getaway!

Rates are good and it was close enough from home, but great for a weekend. I would rate the place on of my top ten getaways. Rooms were nice and it's close to about everything.

Love the beds!

The service is great, and the beds are EXCELLENT. Wonderful bed and sheets. Some in our group had rooms that were not cleaned well.

Old Friends at the Front Door

I have been going to the Westin Crown Center on business for 25 years and am greeted like family by Paul and Shahid. They make every stay a friendly one and no service is ever lacking. My family has enjoyed the Kansas City Christmas vista from our rooms at the Westin. It's a tradition we are now taking our grandchildren to enjoy.
